Returns / Repurchase
Returns are not excepted on a general basis and are up to the sole discretion of Dismecoins.com. In the event of a damaged round we will need pictures of the item and have to be within 5 days of the shipment being delivered. At our discretion, we can offer a return with shipping paid an exchange, or just a refund.

Repurchase If you would like to sell your inventory back to Dismecoins we will buy back only the 1oz silver coins at a rate that will be determined by dismecoins. This applies to all orders that are kept past the 5 days of delivery acceptance.

All, copper, picture frames, desk sets, 2oz coins, and or 4oz bars, would ONLY be available for our returns policy and dismecoins.com does not repurchase anything besides the 1oz silver rounds.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@dismecoins.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@dismecoins.com and send your item to: Disme Coin Co, 2551 Galena Ave , #984, Simi Valley CA 93062, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Subscription Cancelation / Refunds

You can cancel any subscription at any point with written notice at least 7 days before shipping the next monthly coins. On the annual subscription, you will receive a refund for any coins not received less 10% of the ones you already received. Refunds will go back on the card the purchase was originally made on. There is also no international subscriptions available right now and anyone who subscribes must have a valid United States address. There is also no fed ex option for shipping and all coins will be shipped via USPS first class mail.

-) Example of Annual Subscription cancelation, you received 6 of 20 coins at a price of $36.36 each and now would like to cancel. You would receive $509.04 which is the $36.36 times 14 coins that are outstanding minus $27.24 which is the 10% difference between the annual and monthly subscription. Giving you a final refund of $481.80. Once a subscription is canceled that subscription or individual will not be able to renew until the following year and will lose all subscription benefits.
